Holden Plastics operates a fully equipped tool shop, staffed by experienced mold makers. We have found that In-House tooling capability is essential to building in the quality and value needed in today's markets. All molds are designed to the finest components and materials available. Because our mold makers are involved with each part from design through production, fit, and function of the mold is second to none.

Holden Plastics specializes in Compression Molding, Transfer Molding and Insert Molding. Our press capacity spans 15 to 300 tons, with part sizes up to 20 inches. We extend this capability with a full complement of secondary processes and equipment including various types of manual and CNC machining, abrasive blasting, silk screening, mechanical assembly, microscopic inspection and deburring. We routinely add or engineer new processes and capabilities to handle new or unusual requirements.

Our modern inspection facilities are fully equipped and staffed by ASQC certified technicians. We have oriented our systems towards in-process controls and verification in order to detect problems as early as possible in the manufacturing flow. Our constant goal is to anticipate problems and correct deficiencies before defective product is produced. All our systems are fully documented and available for inspection.
