During this time, we have built the reputation of a service oriented supplier of quality thermoset moldings. At Holden Plastics Corporation, we have extensive experience manufacturing custom parts for electrical, mechanical, and optical applications. We work with a wide variety of requirements, a few of which include mainframe stiffeners for computers, specialized electrical connectors, precision fiberoptic assemblies, and high strength protective housings. Further, our molding expertise covers most thermosets, including Phenolics, Diallyl Phthalate (DAP), Polyester, and composites. We strongly feel that for close tolerances, dimensional stability, high temperature capability, and/or the best electrical properties, thermosets offer unmatched performance.
We currently meet MIL-I-45208A and MIL-STD-45662 for a number of defense contractors, and maintain a full quality manual which is available on request. Should you require the use of statistical process control, we can tailor our S.P.C. program to meet your needs. Finally we have complete tool shop facilities for the construction and repair of molds.
